All session bookings are non-refundable. You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment using the booking link or by contacting me directly. Missed or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of your session.

Due to the instant nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. If you have trouble accessing your product or believe there's an error, please contact me and I’ll do my best to resolve it.
